A simple way to break a bad habit…

This is a Ted Talk that I think is very valuable about how using curiosity to become self-aware and mindful can help break bad habits.  I use this technique along with being present and focused to create self-awareness, which in turn helps one to be mindful….. It’s only 9 minutes long but worth the watch.  I’d love to hear your thoughts???
